Gerald (Jerry) Deitch W4LST will be
administrating the amateur radio testing every third Monday of the
month at the Davie Woman’s Club in Davie, Fl.
Jerry is a Volunteer Examiner (VE) using the ARRL (American
Radio Relay League) protocols. More

The testing location, directions and dates
are listed below.
Please preregister RSVPing with the license
class you want to take (Technician, General or Extra).
This will enable enough testing materials ready for
everyone.
You will need an FRN number with the FCC.
The FRN number is only an
identification for all licensees’ applications.
Social Security number for testing will not be accepted.

There a $15 fee, by cash or check payable to
ARRL (American Radio Relay League).
Unfortunately, no credit cards accepted.
This will be collected at the time of testing.
As a reminder do not forget the following:
Be on time, try to arrive early but no later then 6:15PM
Forms of identification:
Must be a photo ID, a certified birth certificate or
passport. Will also need
something with your current address.
If
you have a current ham license, bring a copy.
All supplies required for testing:
blue or black pen
pencils
May bring a calculator with cleared memory (No cell phones)
