If you need an official copy of your Amateur Radio License, you will need your FRN and the password to log on to the FCC License Manager.

After you logged in, click on the link “Download Electronic Authorizations”
To download your official copy, select one or more call signs and click the “ADD” button to copy the call signs into the column “Authorizations to Download.” Then click on the “DOWNLOAD” button in the bottom right corner. That button is not shown in this screenshot.
After clicking the “DOWNLOAD” button, you will be asked to select a folder to save the PDF file. If you choose multiple licenses, they will all be in one PDF file.
